We are based in Colorado, and are here to help you with tax support and resolutions from any state, or even multiple states. Our business services include bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, calculating sales tax, licensing and payroll. We work hard to streamline your business financials to keep you on track and save you time and money. We are always up to date on new tax laws, legislation and deductions and have years of experience dealing with the IRS, as well as state and local agencies. Each of our clients is assigned a personal account manager and you will always have fast, informed and individual attention. Moe Aduan is the Founder and President of Royal Bookkeeping & Accounting Services which opened its door in 2009. Moe began his career after graduating from the University of Colorado, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting. Since inception Moe’s company has helped more than 250 businesses and 950 individual clients with bookkeeping and financial reports, file taxes both current and past and bring with us years of experience dealing with the IRS, and State and Local agencies on numerous tax issues.

In addition to his many years of experience from accounting and internal auditing of small and large corporations, Moe is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS; an enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.

For more than seven years Moe has provided seminars and one-on-one consultations to business’ owners on business development, business entity decisions, and best practices. He prides himself as a thought leader and educator for businesses of all sizes. With his knowledge and experience, he has been able to help many startups and small businesses grow and become established in their industry.

Moe is an active board member for The Mile High Club. Started in 1902, The Mile High Club is a long-standing tradition in Denver Colorado. With quarterly meetings, The Mile High Club is a time for members to share ideas, engage in discussion, socialize and listen to a presentation on a broad range of relevant subjects. Some notable speakers have been; Woodrow Wilson, Herbert Hoover, Penny Tweedy, and Philip Anschutz.

When he isn’t helping his clients, Moe enjoys spending time with his two sons.

Kathleen Skiba

Corporate Controller, Summa cum laudé Business Management Graduate from DePaul University. A financial professional with experience in large organizations and startups in multiple industries with 25 years’ experience. Additional experience in operations, customer service, investor relations, vendor relations, strategic planning, and human resources. Ability to ensure compliance with a maze of rules and regulations in highly regulated industries, result oriented, timely completion of tasks and accountability. Areas of practice – Prepare accurate, complete and timely financial closes; Maintain accurate balance sheet and income statement accounts and amounts, ensuring proper monthly reconciliations; Management and analysis of cash including intercompany transfers. Prepare and present in-house financial statements; Develop and maintain field operations and G&A budget, cash forecast and variance analysis; Excellent financial modeling of revenue, capital expenditures, cash flow, ROR and ROI for VCs, high net-worth individuals and financial institutions; Prepared and tracked KPIs to targets. Coordination of annual GAAP audit including all schedules and providing responses to external auditors; Accounts payable and accounts receivable management including sales tax for 61 locations in North America; Employee oversight of benefits including payroll for 12 states. Principle areas of practice – Controller responsibilities, financial modeling, budgeting and analysis, implementation of accounting systems, internal processes and procedures, benefits integration and management, building infrastructures to support profitable growth, identify and seizing emerging opportunities ahead of competition.

Andrew Davis - Financial Department Manager

Andrew graduated from the University of Colorado, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting. He team specializes in reconciliation and financial reporting. When Andrew isn’t crunching numbers, he enjoys the outdoors and his family.

Channa Tork - Accounting Assistant

In 2007 Channa graduated with an equivalent to a B.A. from an accounting institute in Cambodia prior to moving to the United States in 2010. Channa has worked her way up through various positions, joining our team at Royal Bookkeeping and Accounting as the accounting assistant in November 2018. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids in the outdoors.

Yusef Aduan - Staff Accountant

Yusef specializes in Bookkeeping, reconciliation, as well as handling 100% of the accounts from Annually to Daily. His integrity, honesty, and professionalism are qualities many people appreciate, and he is always up to the challenge. Yusef can also review and fix any errors in a bookkeeping project as he is currently pursuing an Associates of Science in Business and has a passion to serve other people while increasing his professional credentials, all while bringing an upbeat personality . When he isn’t helping his clients, Yusef enjoys Mixed Martial arts and going out with friends.

Nabeel - Tax Preparer

Nabeel’s interest in accounting began at the age of 18, he handled the bookkeeping and preparation of tax return for local businesses while attending college. Nabeel Graduated in 2012 with a B.A. in accounting and obtained his master’s degree in professional accountancy in 2014. Nabeel brings nine years of domestic and international tax preparation and experience to the team.

My responsibilities are providing support on various Accounting related items including billing of clines, coordinate and monitor Accounts Receivable collection process, Prepare all sales and use tax return for our client, and bookkeeping in general. During free time, I enjoy spending it with family and friends.

Dale Kingsley - Staff Accountant

Dale Kingsley joined Royal Bookkeeping in the fall of 2019.  He brings over 20 years of accounting experience in small and large business settings.  During that time he has worked for a variety of firms that have mainly involved the education sector.  Managing the business operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment collection and account reconciliation.  During that time he has also worked with small business accounting to help to run the financial aspects including invoicing, sales tax and budgeting.  At Royal Bookkeeping he will be responsible for working with clients on general bookkeeping, reconciling accounts and other general accounting functions.  In addition he will be preparing and filing sales tax returns and facilitating payments for those filings.

Brett proudly holds a BSBA in Finance from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. He holds his FINRA series 6, 7, and 63 registrations with LPL Financial, the Series 65 registration with Trilogy Capital, Inc., and also holds Colorado life and health insurance licenses.
