Moe Aduan is the Founder and President of Royal Bookkeeping & Accounting Services which opened its door in 2009. Moe began his career after graduating from the University of Colorado, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting. Since inception Moe’s company has helped more than 250 businesses and 950 individual clients with bookkeeping and financial reports, file taxes both current and past and bring with us years of experience dealing with the IRS, and State and Local agencies on numerous tax issues.
In addition to his many years of experience from accounting and internal auditing of small and large corporations, Moe is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS; an enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.
For more than seven years Moe has provided seminars and one-on-one consultations to business’ owners on business development, business entity decisions, and best practices. He prides himself as a thought leader and educator for businesses of all sizes. With his knowledge and experience, he has been able to help many startups and small businesses grow and become established in their industry.
Moe is an active board member for The Mile High Club. Started in 1902, The Mile High Club is a long-standing tradition in Denver Colorado. With quarterly meetings, The Mile High Club is a time for members to share ideas, engage in discussion, socialize and listen to a presentation on a broad range of relevant subjects. Some notable speakers have been; Woodrow Wilson, Herbert Hoover, Penny Tweedy, and Philip Anschutz.
When he isn’t helping his clients, Moe enjoys spending time with his two sons.
